First real day of vacation
Staying in a hotel between DC and Baltimore right now. Using a computer in the hotel's business center for this since I couldn't bring the laptop with. Just had breakfast and am waiting on the rest of the family to get their asses in gear. Had dinner in Baltimore last night at this place called Phillips. As birthdays go
It was a good one. Went with the fam to visit my aunt in Atlanta. We went to the Georgia Aquarium which rocked. It also cemented my desire to have a wall sized fish tank like the one you see in the party scene of Baz Luhrman's Romeo and Juliet. You all know the one I'm talking about. I'm attempting to get back into writing. I figured a small community thing with prompts was the easiest way to do it, rather than attempting to pickup where I left off with characters that I don't really have a feel for anymore. what is wrong with me?
Today was one of those days that reminds me of the fact that no matter how many karma points i've earned recently, I'm still in the negative.
Also, that knowledge should be enough to make me refrain from indulging old bad habits. Especially ones that are extremely self-destructive.
