“The heir of giant company Sakurai co., Sakurai Sho was found dying in the dining room of his house. He was found with a fruit knife stuck in his stomach, the ambulance brought him immediately to the hospital for emergency treatment. We couldn’t get any further information how did this happened or how is Sakurai-san’s condition at the moment… The police suspects that Sakurai-san was attacked by someone, although from the information of the guards camera, they didn’t catch anyone enter Sakurai-san residence. The police will investigate the fingerprints on the knife to catch the suspect…”
“The continuation of the trial murderer of Sakurai co.’s heir, Sakurai Sho, was being investigated so fast. Police already found out who the fingertips on the knife belongs to, It was Sakurai Sho-san himself; Sakurai Masaki-san, the official wife of the victim and Suzuki Tsubaki-san, one of waiters of Sakurai’s residence. For now the police only could investigate Suzuki Tsubaki-san because Sakurai Masaki-san has disappeared. Police already made an action by calling Sakurai Masaki-san but for now there is no response at all. He didn’t come to take a look at Sakurai Sho-san’s operation as well…”
“The investigation of the trial murderer of Sakurai Sho-san was being continued. There is alibi for Suzuki Tsubaki-san who was in the kitchen with other waiters since afternoon while Sakurai Masaki-san back home until the incident happened. She also gave police information that around 5 p.m. Masaki-san was back home and looked not in good condition, she only saw her master bring his wife to their bedroom and she prepared the dinner with other waiters in the kitchen until the ambulance came. The police suspicion now moved onto the other person who had fingertips on the knife, Sakurai Masaki-san. The suspicion became deteriorate because of Masaki-san’s sudden disappearance, did it the trial murderer by Sakurai Sho-san’s own wife? There is a short interview with the witness, Suzuki Tsubaki-san…
‘I don’t know about it, Masaki-san is a nice guy… The only thing I know is that he was back home at 5 p.m. and looked in a bad condition at that moment. I only passed the hallway when Sakurai-san brought him to their bedroom…’
‘Why did you think he wasn’t in a good condition?’
‘He seemed tired and looked like crying at that time, although I’m not sure, but Sakurai-san brought him to their room so he supposed to be in not good condition because he didn’t walk by himself…’
‘Then?’
‘Then I just went back to the kitchen, I was there just to bring fruits to the dining table. We are prohibited to come near the main rooms like bedroom and living room when Sakurai-san at home. We only went there to clean the room in the morning…’
That was our short interview with the witness. Regarding to this case police tried to track Masaki-san disappearance, although it wasn’t confirmed yet but he is the suspected one in this case…”
“Sakurai Masaki-san confirmed to be the suspect of Sakurai Sho-san trial murderer. The police found a video from camera in the house when Masaki-san ran away from the house. They suspect that he was running away after he tried to kill his own husband, because the estimation time of Masaki-san running away was almost the same with the incident time. Sakurai Masaki-san who was Aiba Masaki before, is a song writer, he left his own name and married with the young heir of Sakurai co., Sakurai Sho, one year ago. Their sudden marriage was really appalling, because they were never seen dating each other before, in fact Masaki-san retired from the music world three years ago after his fiancée passed away. The other information we got, said that Ninomiya Kazunari-san, who we knew as Masaki-san’s good friend was being called to the police office to be ask for more information.”
“Sakurai Sho-san is reported to be still unconscious till now, although he passed the critical stage and seems to be a lot more stable now but there is a possibility that his brain would never work properly again and he may not recover his consciousness. Sakurai family is ready to send Sakurai Sho-san to better hospital outside Japan if it is needed. The family doesn’t really mind about how much they will pay as long as Sakurai Sho-san gets the best treatment. The finding progress of Sakurai Masaki-san, wife of Sakurai Sho-san hasn’t find the bright spot, no further report for the development of the investigation. Masaki-san’s family was already called to police office but it seemed that they had no relation with incident nor know where their son ran away…”
“After being in coma state for almost two weeks, finally Sakurai Sho-san regained his consciousness. The doctor team and Sakurai family held a conference press that his condition is still weak and he will need a long time to heal perfectly. His family said, they will leave the progression of the case to the police and help as much as they can, their only priority now is Sakurai Sho-san’s recovery. Sakurai Sho-san will move from ICU to patient room soon.”
“The break news today is sudden confession of Sakurai Sho-san about the incident that happened to him. Sakurai Sho-san, who we know as the heir of Sakurai co. got into an incident that almost killed himself three weeks ago. He is just conscious after two weeks of coma and explained about the incident that happened to him. He didn’t do a conference press because his weak condition but he gave us information via his family that the incident had nothing to do with his wife, nor other people. He said that he tried to kill himself by thrusting the knife to his stomach, with the same knife that was used by his wife before to peel the fruits so his fingertips were probably left there. He apologized for making such a fuss because of his behavior and apologized in behalf of his family to Aiba’s family and Ninomiya Kazunari-san who had to go through a lot of investigation because of this incident. He didn’t explain, why did he try to commit suicide as he said that it was his personal reason, he explained as well that his wife was the one who found him and was the one who called ambulance for him. The only thing he cared about is the purification of his wife’s name, but we still can’t confirm whenever Masaki-san was already found or not…”
Aiba pushed the power button to turn off the television right when he felt someone stood up at the door frame, the bright light from the outside became his silhouette, hiding his face from Aiba’s gaze, “He hid the fact…” the guy concluded the news calmly.
“That doesn’t change anything…” Aiba answered as he threw himself to the bed.
“It does change my feeling for him, at least…” Nino walked to the dark room and sat on the bed edge when he tried to read Aiba’s expression in the dark.
“Good for him…” Aiba commented, looked as if he doesn’t care about anything, although Nino knew, deep down in his heart, he cared. “I’m sorry, you had to go through a lot to hide me…”
“Don’t change the subject,” Nino admonished him, “You love him…”
“I know it,” Aiba answered fast. “I don’t even avoid that I love him, and will it bring Jun back to me?”
“No, but killing the one you love won’t bring him back also. Instead, you will lose another guy you love… and don’t you dare to think that I don’t know what will you do if you lose Sho…” Nino had to tie up Aiba when he tried to cut his own finger, the ring finger, his finger was bleeding so bad when Nino found him shred it using cutter, yet it didn’t make the sign that his best friend is belonging to Sho disappear. Their tattoo ring was still there, the promise that they will last forever. Every time Nino saw it he couldn’t help but pity Aiba. Nino could feel how much Aiba loves Sho, although he never said it. Sometimes Nino thought that if he could compare , maybe Aiba’s love for Sho was bigger that his love for Jun. He wanted to be with Sho forever and no one probably noticed, but for Nino who is his best friend for longest time, he could read easily that the tattoo ring is Aiba’s mark for Sho, that Sho is his, forever. Although he looked easy to do it he was probably the one who wanted it the most.
“It’s useless to talk about this with me…”
Nino exhaled slowly, “I know…” their mind was scrolling back to that incident, the thing that Sho hid from all people, of course the only people who knew about it in this earth were only three, Aiba, Nino, and Sho, himself.
His breath was ragging, although he didn’t do anything that could make him lose his breath. Sho’s body lay on the floor in front of him, hands on the stomach, hanging on the grip of the knife. In a second the red blood spread to his white t-shirt, made a cycle shape around the knife that was stuck in his body. Aiba looked at his hands, he killed Sho… He killed someone. He could feel his heart was struggling with the pain, millions of needles jabbed his heart. He slowly crawled towards Sho’s body, traced his stomach and was ready to take the knife when he felt Sho’s hand above his.
Sho’s breaths were short and hard, “Run… Masaki…” he whispered.
“Run… from here…” Sho chocked on the last word, he looked like he tried his best to keep talking.
“I will die with you…” Aiba replied, he didn’t have a reason to live without Sho, the grudge made him want to kill Sho but deep down in his heart, he loves Sho. He loves Sho too much until he couldn’t imagine his life without him, if Sho was no longer in this world Aiba would end his life also.
“No…” Sho tried to push Aiba’s hand away from him. “No… please…”
Sho probably would scream if he could but slowly he lost his consciousness, he felt his body turn numb and although he tried to move them, they betrayed him. But the only thing he wanted now was to make Aiba move out of that house, run as fast as he could, before someone found them in that condition.
Aiba looked into Sho’s eyes, “Run…” Sho whispered again, “I know-you… will never-forgive me for what happened to Jun… and you… but please… please… for Jun, run from…here…” Aiba didn’t really understand why did Sho ask him to run away from there. But he stood up slowly as he glanced at Sho’s figure on the floor.
His eyes closed, lips were trembling so hard but Aiba could hear the low whisper, “…love…”
Aiba moved back and started to run from there, he reached his phone in process and called the hospital. Although it was stupid, although he wanted anyone who killed Jun to die but he couldn’t stop himself from calling someone to save Sho. He mumbled the address incoherently right when someone picked up his phone, “Please… send ambulance fast… please!”
Please save him… please save Sho…

He stared to nowhere, just a point without any particular focus. Sometimes his focus was to the sky, where the one he loves lives. Sometimes he just gave up and watched the crowded city, just watched the people who walked on the side road or the crowded traffic jam. Sometimes he thought it would be great if he could emerge into someone’s head and read what they thought, just to understand what they are feeling. He sighed as he slowly glanced at the papers on the desk, a brown envelopes with his address written on it was above his works papers. The divorce papers that were being sent back to him for hundreds of times already in this past six months, not like he wanted to give up though.
Sho was stubborn, he didn’t want to divorce him and sent the divorce papers back to Aiba. Aiba glanced to the television that was airing news as he listened to the plain newscaster’s voice, “Six months after the announcement of the trial of suicide by Sakurai Sho-san, the heir of Sakurai co., the stocks of the company was down until an unbelievable position. Sakurai co. is facing the critical condition, the ruination of the company can’t circumvented anymore. The investors of the company took back all their negotiation because the problem of the psychologist condition of Sakurai Sho-san that isn’t stable, while he is the leader of the company. We tried to interview someone from the company but they closed and won’t give any further information. If this condition continues, according to economic observers, the company would not survive more than another six months…”
He turned off the television when someone knocked his door, “Aiba-san, Sakurai-san is here…” he could hear a woman’s voice calling him behind the door.
“Yes, please tell Sakurai-san to wait, I will be there in five minutes…” Aiba replied as he wiped the tears that flooded down his face…
AN : yayyy! I'm back, although I can't do anything when I didn't have inet at all but at least I manage to finish another chapter of a broken love song. This story probably will be end soon, it's not that soon right next episode but it won't be long as well ^^
