Summary: The future couldn’t change… Aiba was just a guy who could see the future, just saw it and never could to change it… But if the future would take his Sho from his side what would he do…? Could he stop the future…?

Sho stopped his steps immediately when he realized that Aiba wasn’t by his side anymore. He turned back and saw his boyfriend standing not far from him with a stiff expression. He walked back fast towards Aiba and touched his shoulders softly. His eyes were empty and he didn’t show any response to Sho. Sho was already used to this sort of situation. He pulled his boyfriend aside softly and made him sit down on a chair by the roadside. He sat beside him and waited.
After about 10 minutes, Aiba took in a deep breath as Sho glanced over to look at his boyfriend. They were staring at each other for a moment of time till Aiba snapped back into reality.
“Are you okay…?” Sho asked him softly. Aiba shook his head.
“Do you want to head back home?” he asked his boyfriend again. This time Aiba nodded.
“Gomen ne…Sho-chan…”
“It`s okay…” Sho smiled at him and held his hand tightly as they walked back to their apartment together. Aiba was silent the whole time as he just followed Sho.
Sho opened their apartment door and Aiba walked in. Sho closed it and walked towards the kitchen. He took a glass of water for Aiba and brought it to his boyfriend. Aiba sat down on their bed with his empty expression again. Sho positioned himself beside Aiba and held out the glass out water to Aiba. Aiba took it and drank it in silence.
“What happened…? What did you see…?” Sho asked him softly.
“An accident…,” Aiba answered it softly, “A big one…,” he added. Sho held his hand and he reliazed that Aiba was trembling as he felt the fear in him when he was holding onto Aiba’s hand. He hugged his boyfriend and stroked his back softly. Aiba snuggled into Sho`s chest for comfort.
“I can’t do anything to save them Sho-chan…”
“It`s not your responsibility dear…,” Sho tried to calm his boyfriend.
“Of course it is…I can see it…So many people died this time…But I still can’t do anything…I could only see it but couldn’t do anything to change it…,” Sho felt that Aiba was crying on his chest. He tighten his hold on Aiba.
“It`s not…It`s just their destiny baby…to die in that accident…It`s not your fault if you can’t save them…”

Sho opened his eyes slowly. He felt so lazy to get up, yet he must cook something for their dinner. He felt his left hand numb as Aiba was still sleeping on his arm. He was looking at his boyfriend slowly, trying not to wake him up. His eyes looked swollen, it seems like he cried a lot. Slowly Sho lifted Aiba`s head and placed it on the pillow. He felt really useless when it comes to Aiba. He couldn’t do anything for Aiba when it comes to this kind of situation, except for hugging him and telling him that it’s not his fault.
That is true for that matter a fact, it`s not his fault at all. He could just sometimes see the future. It`s like a luxuriance scene and Aiba never know when he’ll get that vision. Sometimes it`s good like when Sho got accepted by Keio, so Aiba could buy a great present for Sho even when Sho haven’t get the notification letter informing him that he had been accepted by that university. But sometimes it could be worse like when he sees an accident. Aiba couldn’t take it, when he has to stay silent even after he saw such a terrible scene like an accident that is waiting to happen. He wanted to do something to change it, and he did try it already. But he always failed. The future couldn’t be changed.
Sho caressed Aiba`s hair softly. I`m so sorry Masaki…I couldn’t do anything for you…
He kissed his forehead and walked towards the kitchen. He turned and noticed their television in the living room and decided to cut the line. He was so sure that the accident will be on air tonight. He won’t let Aiba watched it and feel guilty because of it.
He was still cooking in the kitchen when Aiba walked in and hugged him from behind. Sho smiled and caressed Aiba`s hand on his waist slowly.
“Gomen ne…Sho-chan…”
“What are you talking about? Here I am cooking dinner and you’re apologize about that…?”
Aiba let out a soft laugh, “Arigatou Sho-chan…for always taking care of me…I love you…”
Sho turned and hugged Aiba in return. He could smell Aiba`s shampoo. It’s his shampoo too actually but he has always liked the smell of their shampoo in Aiba`s hair. He whispered, “You know I love you too right…?”
Sho noticed Aiba`s face redden and he couldn’t hold onto it anymore. He kissed his boyfriend`s lips slowly yet tenderly. Aiba was startled but he responded to it. Their kiss became more hot and noisy as each second pass. Sho knew if he were to kiss Aiba, nothing could stop him as he couldn’t stop anymore…but he was wrong, something burned in the kitchen and that successfully stopped him…
“I forgot the dishes!!” Sho pulled himself and he could see Aiba’s disappointment because of that. Aiba`s lips looks red and swollen that made him want to attacked his lips again. He turned back fast to face the stove and continued to cook the burnt food. Aiba pouted and sat down at the dining table.

The next day Aiba`s condition returned back to normal. He was sure enough that he was alright and wanted to go to the university with Sho. They walked together hand in hand. They waited for the traffic light to change into red to walk across the street. That’s when Aiba ‘saw’ something again. He’s sculpting by the roadside while Sho pulled him, he didn’t move. Sho looked at him and understood that his boyfriend saw something again. He kept holding onto Aiba`s hand and waited. Not long after, Aiba returned back to normal.
“What did you see baby…?” he asked Aiba. Aiba looked at him and Sho could see that he was sad, shocked, and afraid… Was that bad vision?
“Are you okay…? Want to go back?” he asked.
“No…Sho-chan…it`s okay…you must go. I`ll head over to Nino`s apartment to rest…,” he answered.
“I’ll walk you to his apartment then…”
“No…you`ll end up late Sho-chan…I`m okay…,” Aiba smiled at him. Sho frowned but complied, “Okay then…please tell me if you need anything okay?”
“Hai…,” he smiled at Sho again.
“Jya…I`ll be going now,” he kissed Aiba`s forehead and walked away.
“Be careful Sho-chan…”

Sho finished up his business as fast as he could. He wanted to meet Aiba now, and ask him what happened to him earlier. He was about to dash to Nino apartment when he saw Aiba waiting for him at the university entrance.
“What are you doing here?” he asked.
“I came to pick you up Sho-chan…maybe you`ll cheat on me when I`m not around especially when you’re at uni…,” he pouted.
“Well…do you see that I`m cheating on you?”
“No…at least I haven’t…,” Aiba laughed.
“Did you ‘see’ that I`m cheating on you earlier?” he asked. Aiba shook his head.
“Where did your sense of humor go Sho-chan?” he asked back. They started to walk.
“What do you want to eat tonight…?” Sho asked. Aiba laughed at Sho.
“I`m afraid you must eat alone tonight Sho-chan…”
“What do you mean…?” he asked while they stopped at the traffic light.
“Nothing,” he smiled, “Ne…Sho-chan…can you please wait here for a while…? It’ll be better if you look at that direction…” Aiba pointed to a direction, Sho was so confused but he nodded. He was shocked when he saw Aiba crossed the street. Why did he leave me here?, He looked at Aiba instead of the direction that Aiba pointed.
When Aiba reached the middle of the road he looked back at Sho and smiled. Before Sho could reply his smile a car crushed onto Aiba`s body. Everything become in slow motion from Sho`s point of view. A car crushed onto his boyfriend body, and his body was thrown onto the road. All the people around him screamed. Then everything became dark…

Nino walked along the white alley and he stopped in front of a door as Ohno opened the door for him so that they could enter. They could see a bed in the white room. Someone was leaning onto the bed. They walked in and sat beside the bed. They noticed that Sho was looking at a point with an empty expression.
”Sho-kun…,” he said softly…resisting to let his tears fall…He knew that his friend in front of him won’t answered to anything now. Ohno hugged him tightly.

“I saw that he’ll be involved in an accident…,” Nino hugged Aiba`s trembling body,
“I can’t do anything to save him…,” he started to cry aloud. Nino couldn’t say anything though. He couldn’t imagine if he knew that Ohno would get an accident and he couldn’t do anything about it.
“I can’t live without him…why Sho-chan…? Why must it be Sho-chan…?”
“I can’t change the future…” he sobbed, after at least 10 minutes, only Aiba`s sobbed filled Nino`s room.
“But…I can switch it…”
“What do you mean?” Nino snapped fast.
“I can’t change the future, even if I try to stop the accident, that person will be killed in another way…But I can switch Sho-chan`s position with me…”
“What? It`s not the solution for this problem!”
“I have no other choice…I can’t live without him Nino…I really can’t…I would prefer to die than to live a life without him…” tears flooded his face.
“He’ll just need some time to forget about my accident then he will live normally after that…” he talked to Nino softly.

But Aiba was wrong. Sho couldn’t live a normal life forever, not after the death of his beloved…Because he has brought Sho`s soul along with him… Sho too couldn’t live without him …
