Polysporin is a bad idea! It would just trap any of the infection and make it worse. I'm not too impressed with metamorphasis. For a lady that's trained as a nurse, I've seen her do a few things that regular piercers wouldn't even think of doing (cleansliness wise). You can pierce through scar tissue after it's healed, it's just a little more tough so a bit more painful.
Just be really careful with getting a bunch of hair junk and/or makeup on it. It's probably getting moved around too much and is irritated.
You can probably avoid antibiotics. Try using just regular soap and water, make sure its not perfumey cause that won't do anything. Get some regular soap that doesn't smell pretty and is antibacterial. Don't move it around a lot because you're just irritating it, just soak it in soapy water twice a day. Also, go see a different piercer!
