I'll have to look into relaxation techniques as well. Sometimes I try to tell me brain to stop, and I just start concentrating on my breathing. Not sure if that ever works.

I just can’t believe how people can do a 10-day meditation retreat. Who has that kind of time? Maybe they can unplug from work and social media for a week, but just suiting and trying not to think is like a poke in the eye. Not something I would ever seek out.

The only time I have trouble sleeping is if I’ve had caffeine after ~2 pm or if I have an early flight. Since I live over an hour away from the airport I have to get up 2.75 hours before a flight. Those 6 am flights on Mondays are a killer.
