I am furious. Monash admin - you FAIL. You know how long I've put off applying for a course transfer because I didn't have a copy of my ENTER papers? Fifteen dollars and many phone calls later, I get the damn paper only to be told that I DONT NEED ONE TO APPLY EVEN THOUGH IT CLEARLY STATES ON THE COURSE TRANSFER FORM THAT I DO.
