Running diary; Days 8-22
So, haven't been updating the running log. Got lazy, lost track of my times even though I was keeping track of timing myself on my watch. Here's what I've got, which is miraculously only missing what I ate each day (yeah, the food diary bit the dust). Theoretically, I'll keep it up better in the future.
