I don't get it -- why not just go around the wineries off-tour, rather than pay the $30 or whatever? I think if you look back a ways in my blog I have a winery report. Since many of the wines suck, having a list will help you get to the places that rock. Wiemer, Dr. Franks, Belhurst estate, and that meadery were definitely worth hitting (though not all are on seneca).
