Fatalism... as I define it, The belief that the worst possible thing can and undoubtably will happen to you. I know it incurs other meanings and variations, but that's the main one that my mind seems to follow, and most definetly the one I apply to myself. It seems that this would be the cause of low self esteem, and probably depression, or maybe

You were right about one thing... This is YOUR journal. Write what you want, not what you think people want to read. If they dont want to read it they can stop... no one is forcing them to read it. And if someone IS forcing you to read it, I laugh at you.
