I agree. If you are looking to strengthen your legs, Taekwondo is the only way to go. I used to be able to leg press what was is 600 lbs? Ill even go with you. I know the people the run it. But we should do something somtime
Amusingly, CP suggested I get back into either a Martial Art, or fencing.. I'm just not sure whether I could do a normal style anymore... heheh.. Too much letting my body do what's natural...
