There is a side-hug epidemic sweeping across the nation, and we must take action. I beg you to push new legislation through congress to make these unexcuseable displays of half affection punishible by flogging. If the offender continues to act up, The accused shall be relieved of their non-hugging arm. They obviously don't need it
