Actually, I come from London, which is Shit Cider Capital of Britian (cidermaster/blackthorn/strongbow, or nothing). It's only since I moved to Cambridge that I have discovered really good cider.
It's still better than here. Here there are two ciders, Hornsbey's (which is very bad), and Woodchuck (which is OK). The chances of finding either of them in an establishment is about 1 in 10, and it's only as good as that because I live right near Vermont where Woodchuck is made.
I think I've found two bars ever with Woodchuck on Draught.
You forgot K. K cider. In black cans, or apparently bottles, glass ones, which is just kind of weird. You have not lived the artstudent lifestyle until you've grown accustomed to 8% cider.
