Devin is a great kid and though it might be a little strange for him at first (watch for signs thats it's to much) I think he is gonna be just fine. It is better than living with parents who do nothing but fight and yell. Besides he has you and well all know you will do anything to make sure the kiddo is fine.

Kids are amazing. But I agree...watch for the signs. I hope that everything works well. Just remember that you and Tina tell him that both of you love him very much and that will never change. I think it will be very hard in the beginning, but every day it does get a little better. Good Luck:)

Just remeber to hug your son everyday and tell him you love him. Take time for yourself. Don't argue in front of him. No matter how mad you might be at Tina...never express it to him. When Ryan and I were thinking about seperating, the hardest thing for me...was what was it going to do to the children. There is not an answer we know right away. It is a day-by-day thing. Just keep your chin up. He might be more worried aboaut your feelings then is own...which can cause a lot of stress for him.

Good luck to you!! I hope the same for my children....that they only remember the good things (for the most part)....well actually that they only think of the good things......some of the bad things might keep them from doing the same bad things in the future to other people....does this make sense??
