So ya I moved out of the "MoVal" house, All the buyer had to do was sign the deed and he would have got his keys and I would have got the check. But he backed out at the last possible second. So ya the house is back on the market. (meanwile back at the ranch) Cindy & I have a great place in riverside by the collage. We still have a lot of unpacking
