[Lazlo has spent the better part of the day inside, out of the cold and the snow. He had heard someone asking for Ted over the journals and had investigated his place on his own but--

It had been empty. He'd heard about this. And there was a heavy feeling of loss and almost something like defeat because really. He wasn't much of a captain if he couldn't keep his crew together, was he? ...then again, he wasn't a captain anymore. He had worried about Aldo, though, when he went over and found his place empty. So when he hears his name over the journal--]

Where are you? Come back to the building. [With a tone of authority. His captain's voice, perhaps.]

[And Aldo hears that authority. He droops a bit more, feeling terrible for not telling him sooner.]

I'm on my way.

[And he is. Give him a few minutes, and he's coming up to their floor, walking over to Lazlo's apartment.]

[It's from worry. Really it is. But the door will be opened before Aldo even gets to it.]

Come in. I made tea...and there are dry clothes and a towel there.

[Albert had been out in the plaza when he notices Aldo sitting by the fountain. In the falling snow.

So he stands a little away from the young man, watching him for a moment before commenting.]

You may want to consider heading indoors.

[Aldo turns towards the voice and-

Oh, it's.... Mr.Silverberg?] Oh. Yes, I will in a while. Thank you. [Trying to smile, but it doesn't work too well.]

[He sees that abortive smile, keeping his expression politely calm as he tilts his head slightly.] Is everything all right?

[Like Aldo, Zan'nen had been wondering around in the snow, somewhat lost in his own thoughts. It was only once Aldo had passed him several times that Zan'nen even started to pay attention. Whoever this guy was, he seemed sort of... shell-shocked, and the look on his face told him that where ever his thoughts were, it obviously wasn't a very happy place.

Zan'nen stopped in his tracks, watching as Aldo came towards him for a fourth or third time. Just how long had they both been out here?] ... Hey.

[Aldo pauses in his steps a few moments after he speaks, turning and blinking. Did he need something....?] Um... Y-Yes?

[... Crap. Idiot that he was, Zan'nen was completely at a loss for what he even wanted to say to this guy. This was usually the kind of stuff you thought about before you said 'hey'.
