I'm not saying it's for everyone. If you need to go out and take it out on something--go right ahead. I sure as the hell did. I'm just saying to control it enough to take it out on something that deserves it. Or at least something less useful than a building, or sidewalk, or--

Loss does hurt. And there's nothing we can do to change that. We weren't meant to.
