I stepped out the door this morning for my run and there was a warm breeze. Momentarily I thought it was spring and forgot that we still have a long, cold Rochester winter to endure. Oh well, the thought was nice while it lasted. -

donut labs
I took them for a spin this morning, and my new running shoes feel great. I hope this fixes the slight pain I was feeling in my knee on Saturday's run. Although I'm pretty sure the pain was from hyperextending my knee at last week's soccer game, and not from the fact that I was running in 3 yr old shoes ( Read more... ) -
dreams
I had a dream last night in which I was so mad that I was just throwing shit all over the place. I don't remember what I was mad about, but it felt awesome to get it all out and hurl things at the wall and watch them break. The only concern I have about deleting my myspace profile, is how will I ever keep track of my reading list? I keep this to make sure I don't wind up halfway through a book, only to realize that it seems very familiar and oh yeah I read it two years ago. My paper is being submitted tonight! At least that's what my boss says. We'll see if it actually happens. I'm sure I'll get 5000 emails tonight before all is said and done.
