I am still alive.

1. I'm still walking a lot. Still trying to teach myself how to run. I recently participated in the Zombies, Run virtual race. It was awesome.

2. I'm hoping to lure Life on Mars fans back to Lifein1973 for the 10th year anniversary of the first series airing, January next year

I'm in awe of anyone running as I figure in not built for it but I'm trying to do a bit of it as part of general exercise and hiit so it's short and intense instead of just long and evil!
