Had weight watchers this morning and lost another 1.6kg this week! So I reached my first mini goal which was 5kg lost by the return to work, as I am now at 5.7kg lost.

Next goal is to hit 10kg lost by 8 September.

14.9kg left to lose :)

Your entries make me have to do math, hehe! Congrats!!! You and I have about the same amount of weight left to lose. I want to lose 40 more lbs, and if my calculations are right, your 14.9 kg left = 32.78 lbs. So, pretty similar!

Anyway, great job, and keep at it!!

Yep that's spot on!

We can do it. I reckon if we work hard we can reach goal by Christmas :)

Ooh I hadn't thought of it being that soon. But you might be right - I'm going to seriously bust some ass and see if I can't make that happen!!!

Course we can!!! Easy.

I find it really easy to do if I set little goals that are acheivable short term.

For example, when I rejoined on 29 June I decided my first goal would be 5kg lost by the time I went back to work on 3 August and I ended up beating it by 0.7kg.

So my next goal is to hit 10kg lost by 8 September :)

Plus set yourself something as a reward for when you get to your goal weight. For me its an Oroton Nappy Bag that I have wanted forever but its $395!!! So Niv has agreed to buy it for me when I hit goal hehe.

Yay, that's about 10/11 pounds right? Woo!

I'm on my period this week and just trying not to gain any from bloat, ugh :(

Yep its 12.5 pounds :)

Period week sucks, that was me last week and I only lost 0.2. But thats better than a gain I guess! he he
