i was trying to explain this to jess the other day, whatever the other woman in the crash said, she had to accept liability. the way insurance works is if you hit the back of someone, the only way it can be their fault is if they pulled out in front of you. otherwise the insurance brokers just say well, you should have paid mre attention/ kept further back/ etc.
