I definitely encourage you! :) Going vegan is the most powerful change I have ever made in my life. It's amazing that what we choose to eat has such a profound effect on the welfare of animals, human beings, and the environment, and on our own bodies.

omg, i was a vegetarian once, for two weeks. during thanksgiving. I saw this video on the internet of them killing animals for food and it was the most disgusting and saddest thing ever.
