In a bit of convergence between two songs on your list, are you familiar with the Weird Al/Wendy Carlos Peter and The Wolf? The orchestra is synthesized, naturally, and there is an added-in character for the accordion. Weird Al also does a little embellishing of the story while keeping it more or less the same. And his voices are hysterical.

I know *of* it, but I haven't actually heard it. Isn't there supposed to be an addition of the janitor, voiced by Weird Al playing the accordion?

That is it. Bob the janitor.

(looks it up) Right you are! I know it from 'Then', but it looks like it was originally from 'Lincoln'.

#13 is a line from Lazyboy, "Underwear Goes Inside the Pants."

I don't get saying "Here are the answers!" and then not giving the answer to one of them just because you're amazed nobody has gotten it.

Clearly "There can be only one" is a quote from Highlander, to which my reaction is, "that had a song?"

I'm mysterious that way.

However, you are correct! The group that sang it is Queen.

I guess it must be "It's a Kind of Magic", then? I didn't remember that having any clips from the film in it - maybe I just had a cut-down version (Greatest Hits album).

#17 is Fish, by Mr. Scruff.

It's from the album of that name, but the song in question is "Gimme the Prize".
