For those of you who don't know... we passed our codes inspection this week!! So, now we can move forward with suing the pants off of the contractor. Yippee!

Honestly, we are just hoping to get enough back to pay Chuck's school next semester. That would make it worthwhile to us. But if Amber ends up right... hell, yeah BIG PARTY!
