Is anyone out there?

The vagaries of life caused me to log into LJ. I wonder if any of my old friends are still active.

I also need a way to download my content and save it to either my mac or my linux box.

I believe that Dreamwidth has the ability to import your posts and comments over from LJ (Wordpress also has that ability).

I'm still here on LJ. For a long time, I mirrored a lot of my tweets on Twitter to keep my LJ active. I haven't considered moving to Dreamwidth, but the censorship angle does have me thinking about it.

I'm a member of a decent handful of communities here, and I post to them occasionally so that's mostly what keeps me aboard on LJ. It's very much what I do on Facebook and Reddit, too.
