The Three Musketeers

           A couple of weeks ago swords_and_pens gave me this look when I mentioned I had never read "The Three Musketeers".  Well, I finished it last night.  Yeah, kinda boring really.  For once the movie (the 1973/74 Michael York) was MUCH better than the book.  They rarely seem to have any action, mainly talking about money and women.  The ending was also

FWIW - I always thought that the Classics Illustrated (comic book) version of 20 Years After was much more fun. :-)

If you didn't like the first book in the series, you probably won't like the rest of them. I love the first book but I think the rest of the series is kinda boring.
