yooo can dooo it!!

thats a great goal to work towards and i belive you can do it :) it takes time and commitment but you have already taken a first good step towards your goal

I am not doing anything especially different right now.

Tonight was:

1/2 pound ground turkey browned
1 package of Rice A Roni 4 Cheese
1 Can of Green Beans

Stirred the turkey in with the Rice A Roni at the end.

Made 3 servings, but my daily caloric allowance is 2100 - 2500 a day. I am still under 1800 for the day.
