Another quick update.

had a fucking awful period of 24 hours, it's  gotten better somewhat now but i couldn't sleep last night and was twitchy this morning, it felt like the only stable thing in my life had slipped out from under me leaving unable to cope with the stress of upcoming resits, housing bills and work. This morning was no better, i tried to be quiet and stay
