Halfway?

I'm camped out on the front lawn of the Wright County Courthouse. It's in a nice little town called Hartville. As a nice bonus I'm literally in the front lawn of the county library as well. I haven't seen much of it though since I rolled into town well after dark. All the hills have cut my average speed down to about 8 miles an hour... from
