How to buy net tickets on niconicolive
(without reading Japanese)
1. Log in to nicovideo or make an account
2. Go to the page of the live you want to buy tickets for and scroll down to this big blue button
the number in red above it is the number of nico points you need (aka yen) on your account.
It will lead you to the ticket buying page, where you will
3. scroll down to this big crimson button
click it!
If you have enough points, skip to step 9
4. Oh! English! (that is, if you've asked niconico to talk English to you to begin with. Not too obvious so far that I did, uh?)
click that fushia button too
5. Scroll down until you see the various credit card companies logos
and click that square on the left
6. Select the number of points you want in the list.
7. Fill in the form
and click that yellow button to validate
8. Is that the number of points you selected to buy? If so, click the yellow button! If not, you can go back (left button) or cancel everything (middle button)
9. You're now back on the ticket buying page, and you've clicked that middle rose-red-ish button (the one in the pop-up), and niconico is telling you there's no turning back after this point! Which is probably fine with you, after all you just went through. Just click ok.
10. Go back to the first page, the one with the description of the live.
There's a small yellow button if you can't/don't want to watch it live, so that, after it has ended, you can watch it at a time that's convenient for you (be careful that in most cases, once you start watching, you can only access it for the next 24 hours).
Timeshift it! Or not. Maybe it doesn't start at 4am in your timezone. Lucky you.
