New Layout, not done, need some help

Hello. As you can see, I changed the layout a bit. I need some help though, if any of you livejournal coding experts could help me, it'd be greatly appreciated. I want to make only the text and stuff scroll, not my header image and I can't get the date to come back. Yeah, I know, pathetic. I also want to have like a little background image or

I know how to add a background image but as for the other stuff, I am not sure :\ For a background image go to customize, edit customisation, presentation and you should see it somewhere in there. Good luck though :)

I would just go to axic.org and use the livejournal override generator because its too cool. Really cool looking layout even if you dont :D

Thanks for the comments and yeah axic.org is awesome. I used it for my first one and edited a lot of stuff. I just use it for a base.
