Mission successful--the natives were celebrating their "Growingtime Festival" and were quite hospitable. Their crops are large and varied, and they are more than willing to trade for medicines and other supplies ( Read more... )

John grinned, eyes twinkling, and began untying his boots.

I suspect that may have some bearing on the matter, yes. Curse us and our irresistible draw on women and men alike, no matter what the planet of origin. Aint' easy being us, is it?

Abaya grinned like a maniac when she saw John was going to don the robes she'd offered and drifted into the back of the tent again, hopefully to give them some privacy. John was getting comfortably light-headed from the incense and he almost tipped over as he stood on one foot to untie the opposite boot.

Lorne folded his jacket and put it to the side before pulling off his t shirt, Blinking bleary a huge grin on his face, Oh course not sir, it causes no end of trouble. He grins and lands flat on his bum as he unties his boots.

John nearly chokes on his own laughter as he begins to pull his shirt over his head and watches Lorne fall to the floor with a *thump*. His dogtags seem to be tangled in the neck of his shirt, and it takes him a good five minutes to figure out how to untangle himself.

"s'right--I swear, if Rod'ny, Carson and Radek make fun of me one more time for having alien women all over me, I'm gonna leave 'em all..."

He pauses a moment, his brow furrowed, as if in intense thought

"....but that would be bad, the three of 'em without me--I dunno what they'd *do* to eachother! You jus'....just don't know how hard it is having three men depend on you for entertainment, Major..it's exhausting."

As if to prove his point, John flops belly-first onto the pillow and cuddles his head down into the robe, deciding he was more comfortable in just his BDUs
