Roast cauliflower soup

Dinner
Roast cauliflower soup, mashed potatoes, and a few slices of avocado.
*I like oatmeal way more once I figured out I could put savory toppings, like sesame oil, green onions, poached eggs, and bacon on it instead of that brown sugar and raisins.
