Eye Contact

It's hard for me to maintain eye contact when I'm one-on-one with anyone.  I can do it when one person is telling a story to a group of people, but then again, the storyteller isn't looking at me the whole time.  It's not even easy with my best friends and family.  I don't know why.  I know it comes off as disinterest, and that doesn't bode well
