alright so im driving down 516 on my way to work going passed cottrell rd (my road hah!) and i see this dude in a chef outfit holding balloons n flyers on the curb of those new stores jumping around, so when i drove past i looked carefully to see who was the dumb person doing this and its matt!!!! i beeped my cheezy ass horn at him n he got excited
