I know how to do it, it just won't do it. Oh probably after 50 tries it will, but I don't think people would appreciate getting 50 notices in one day attempting to post one story.
Oh well, I'll just have to try to post ONE story every few days or weeks and hope I can catch it on a day it wants to work for me.
I just backed tacked through your journal to find you're having the same trouble I do with the cuts. Sorry to have told you something you've already heard.
Usually what I do is put the cut in and switch to html view tab to move that one stupid bit of html tagging to where I want it, which is usually the very bottom of the entry. I post it as veiwable to me only, check the cut, edit the entry to public (never mess with the entry itself unless something screwed up), and check one last time.
I've had cuts just suddenly disappear after posting. I swear I put them in and they aren't there. Etc, etc. No fun.
I've had a better time since I moved to Firefox for my browser. Now it'll actually work right 80% of the time. Not to say I can get anything else to work. :P Good luck. Keep writing.
