wow, a little more of that these days, and my life may actually be easier to handle! Anyway, I just got notified that I will not be granted admission to the George Washington University School of Law for next year. That's fine, I had mostly given up on the idea of that school anyway, but it's interesting to gague the kind of selectivity schools ( Read more... )

How much are they asking for. Personally I know it would suck to throw a few hundred dollars for something you might not use, but if you really think about it in the long run does it really matter?

I guess it never occurred to me to pay, and then still have the option of backing out. In fact, I think it may not be an option.

I imagine they use the same kind of inter-school communication that locks in early decision candidates to keep people from backing out of seat confirmations too. Law Schools are pretty cooperative with each other, there's only something like 130 in the whole country, and they even for the most part use a common centralized application process.

good idea though, it's only $200.

I've been eyeing that 20 May show in Asheville. Also, I saw an ad for Dave Matthews at Starwood yesterday, but I don't think I'm into paying $40 to see him right now. The last show I went to of his actually mildly disappointed me.
