I think that it is critically importat that there is a slow start to one's Monday morning. You need to get back into the swing of things slowly, like needing a warm up before a big game or the like. Unfortunately, I am exceedingly busy and Monday is the busiest day of my week. I think I need another cup of coffee. . .

i just discovered your journal today and i wanted to say hi and that i love love love your hamster icons. especially the "busy" one. it's so cute.

to make this comment relevant to your post, i just wish mondays didn't exist at all. or, more accurately, i wish they were part of the weekend. then i would like them a little better and i'd like sundays a whole lot better.

Hello Theresa!
I need to start reading your live journal too, or at least make you a friend. I know I'm new to all this stuff, and the rest of you have figgured this out, but I really like the friend feature, like how you can just hit a button and see all of your friend's recent posts and stuff. . . (holy run on sentances, Batman!)
Also, I have to confess that I wasn't really busy yesterday when I said I was. I only said I was because I like the hamster running in the wheel. It's so cute. I was really just sitting on my ass in my jammies when I wrote that.
I've come to the decision that the solution to the Monday problem is to have work on Monday start at noon. That way you could have a little time to catch up on the stuff that you were pissed off about not being able to finish on Sunday, but then it would still be a work day.
