That's great that you're losing weight, damn you men for losing weight just like that...but honestly you need to ACTUALLY eat something to keep up your strength. Go figure when a woman eats like that our body goes into like a starvation mode and we end up actually gaining weight because when we finally do it everything that is processed into the body gets absorbed as basically sugar. Be smart. Eat healthy, for God's sake just eat something so that way when you work out you won't find yourself passed out lifting weights or getting overly dizzy.
