a few weeks ago chris and i went to this really cute art show called "stitch wars". the tiny gallery/store was the upstairs of a really cool comic and toy store called "tate's". you should check out the flickr page for that exhibition if you enjoy adorable fiber arts and star wars as much as i do. mmmm.

since i dont know much about comics i cant really say much about that other than that they had a lot.. but the place was huge and they had more toys and figures than ive ever seen. theyd probably really like your art if you ever wanted to show there.

Oh man that art show sounds like the coolest!! I would have loved it (I also love Star Wars)!

I'm also obsessed with Halloween and dressing up, though we never get around to having a dress-up party. This year is the year!

That cheesecake looks delicious! I love cashews - what an interesting idea for a base. Vegan cooking interests me a lot - I have a few vegan cookbooks, but I don't cook a lot out of them because I have a hard time finding the ingredients (and I haven't broken down and gone to Whole Foods yet). I'm lactose-intolerant (among many other food allergies), but I love cheesecake and would love a recipe like that.

yea it was great! they have all of the the pics up on that flickr. i love halloween too! ive been requesting it off of work for the past few months haha, i had to work last halloween and it was awful
