This is actually a very Hebraic idea, you know. lol. When they talk about deep love, they use words like these: womb, guts, innards...

So, Uterus, small intestine, large intestine, colon...I think these are all fair game when describing deep, um, moving love. ;)

That Garfield chose the spleen amused me--my brain jumped straight to the phrase 'venting one's spleen', which isn't loving at all! And unlike the heart, one can live without a spleen. :) Odd-looking thing it is.
