I found “Moonchild” to be an enjoyable read a few years ago when I went at it. If I recall correctly, I found that I needed a break during one of the involved mountain climbing chapters in the “Confessions”; those are my least favorite parts of that book.
I wish success and good fortune to the proto-body in Kentucky. What made the strongest impression on me about that state are some incredibly beautiful landscapes. I remember that as one drives up into the foot-hills approaching the Appalachians from the west one enters a kind of enchanted region were each winding turn of the road reveals small splashing waterfalls and knobby limestone cliffs and boulders. Very pretty.
Oh yeah... It's been a while since I picked up the hefty "Confessions." : D Crowley's glacier and mountain escapades can go on a bit too long, can't they? I distinctly remember hitting a new chapter "Damn! Still on the mountain!" You keep hoping... And no luck! Anyway, Kentucky! Yeah, it's certainly very lovely down there. I've always liked the Smokey Mountain area, and now that you mention it... It does have a kinda magickal vibe to it. : D
For the love of the gods, make a movie out of anything! Crowley on film. We need it. I'd even show up for "Rodin in Rime: The Motion Picture" at this point. ; D

Just wondering how you have been and when you plan on coming back out to visit again? How is married life treating you? Its a pretty amazing place to be isn't it.

Glad you had fun in vegas. Which hotel did you stay at?
I don't know if you know but the 3 Days DVD release party is this weekend, so if you are up for a road trip....
