Stix is right. I agree. You did, however, forget The Used and the aptly-named All-American Rejects. But, it matters not. They're all the same band anyway.

I never correlated punk to rap, but you're absolutely right. All I listen to is old-school rap...before there was women, weed, and wine to distract everyone. Now, it's gonna have to be the same for punk. I think the same can be said for anyone else who's been punk for awhile...nobody really listens to any albums that are younger than 1-2 years. =/ Fat Wreck is a joke now, and Epitaph is clinging to bands that should've quit years ago.

So what do we call the music WE listen to? I am nominating the title "Underground Rock" for the old Punk movement. I've selected this name because I don't know of any band that currently claims to fall into this category. Plus, it'll confuse and intrigue the neophytes, and hopefully they'll steer clear of the poppy trash.

Taco Out.

I killed both punk and hip hop. I admit it, it was me who injected the mindless commercial material into the genres. I'm also responsible for the recent reality tv craze. I apologize for that as well.
