I hear you. My older brother has it. My ex boyfriends friends strated making fun of people with it when I was in the car and I asked them to stop and my ex joined in. I wasn't so mad at his friends because they didn't know but I was pissed at him because he did.

You have to consider this world nowadays-
People will make fun of anything just to feel better in some way.
The truth is, that in this particular situation you should be laughing- at the dumbasses, who are not only stupid but letting everyone know it!
No disease is a laughing matter, but you should be proud that you're the bigger person, and shrug off the stupid jokes made.
If you really want to shut them up, use your disease to your advantage and randomnly punch them....you have tourettes, you can't control it right?!
