Personality: On the surface level, Ace is a very polite and calm person, quite the contrast to his younger brother Luffy. He is the kind of man who will coolly bow in apology for crashing through your house even if it wasn’t his fault, and say “nice to meet you” even if he intends to blast some fire bullets at you a few minutes later. However, despite being very polite, he can also be pretty oblivious, which can lead to misunderstandings and rudeness on his part. When he falls asleep in the middle of a conversation and eating a meal due to his apparent narcolepsy and wakes up, he doesn’t seem to understand why the other people in the restaurant are shocked and worried about him. Of course for Ace, falling asleep at random intervals is a normal occurrence and his obliviousness keeps him from really understanding that it’s not so normal for other people. Also, upon waking in the restaurant and while he is half asleep, he uses a woman’s skirt to wipe his face, and is not phased by how upset she is by this. Another example of how his

Personality Continued: He was a very lost, angry and confused boy for the first ten years of his life, picking fights with those who spoke badly about his father out of principle and confused emotions on the subject. He didn’t know his father and pretty much hated him, but being very misdirected and always wondering if he, the son of a demon was allowed to exist, his behavior was understandable. It was when he met Luffy, his foster brother that he found some kind of purpose in life. He said himself before he died that if it weren’t for having a brother like Luffy to look after, he wouldn’t have wanted to live at all. When Luffy wormed his way into Ace’s heart as his beloved brother, it was from then onward that his purpose was to look after those he cared about and make sure they reached their goals. For a long time, Luffy was probably the only person who Ace cared that much about, but when he left home and became a pirate to find his own reason for living, he found more people to add to that list, most notable being Whitebeard

Personality Continued: This is where we see Ace’s “will of ‘D’” come into play. He was not a character that was seen very often and because he was not like Luffy, headstrong and reckless, it was hard to pinpoint in what ways Ace had inherited this “will.” He has the same determination and willpower common in ‘D’ carriers, the only difference is his approach: more calm and collected, thoughtful and intelligent. His emotional conflicts could also play a part in making him seem like he doesn’t have many ‘D’ qualities, especially considering the issue of his reason for living. However, in everything else, he’s fit the requirement, all the way up to his death, like all other holders of the “will of ‘D,’” he died with a smile on his face.
Strengths:
Physical: Ace is very strong. Even before he consumed the Mera Mera no Mi, he was able to fight Luffy and win even though Luffy had the advantage of being a rubber man. He spent a good amount of time as Captain of the Spade Pirates and gained notoriety as a formidable pirate rather quickly

Strengths: Saga can run fast (just a bit faster than that of an average human female), mostly because she is a coward. She is artistic only when it comes to tattoos. She is polite and mostly harmless, due to this people seem to trust her. She is level headed when it comes to most situations (that she is not directly involved in) and can usually offer advice if she doesn't end up tripping over her own tongue. Animals seem to like her (due to The Pale Horseman's dominion over the wild animals) and due to her true self being 'death' she has a slight otherworldly connection and because of that she can understand/accept/figure out mysical/supernatural things almost instantly unless it is purposely being hidden from her in particular.
Weaknesses: She is 99 percent average. It seems like she was born to fade away into the crowd, she isn't too strong, she isn't super smart, she is a bit naive. She is a coward. She is painfully shy and flakes a lot. If someone has seen someone die/died themselves they will almost instantly know she is Death

Third Person: There was a woman crying in the woods. Her hands were pulled up to her face as she was apologizing to no one in particular, the tiny pale green wings hanging limply from her back as if embarrassed to be attached to the redhead. She looked up from her crying fit and fouced upwards. "I-I don't want to be dead. Not that there is anything that is wrong with dying eventually because after all everything has to die but I don't want to die just yet." Saga was speaking in a rushed voice as if she needed to explain everything and from the looks of it she was going to counter act everything she said anyways. It tooka few minutes for her to get herself under control as she tried to put on a serious expression. More so in the hopes that doing this would allow her to become more serious. She didn't feel any better so she carefully took a step forward as she fought back more tears

Personality Scout is a fast talker and once he gets started, it's hard to get him to stop. He spits out words like a machine gun and can hold a one sided conversation, speaking for himself as well as the other person. It may seem like he's rambling or just talking to fill in the silence, but more often than not what he says does apply and does make sense. Even while going on and on, he's very attentive and does hear what others are saying (or trying to say). If it seems important, he'll pause and allow them to speak, otherwise he'll continue to chatter until he finishes or is told to shut up. Running his mouth is typically the reason why he gets into fights and also how he starts them

Mentally: Scout is easy to trick and confuse; give him a list of commands and he'll forget about half. It is because he thinks on impulse that he tends to forget things or will mix things up. When against stacked odds, he may drop his arrogant act and suddenly become nervous and unsure which affects his logical thought. Instead of the disciplined fighter he is, he becomes a haphazard mess of poor aim and even worse movement control.
Physically: Low health makes Scout an easy target which is why he relies so heavily upon his speed; if cornered or slowed, he will go down in a few hits especially when caught in a cross fire. His caffeine/sugar rush does not gradually wear off. When Scout crashes, he crashes hard; his speed, agility and stamina are about halved for a few moments until he is able to catch his breath or find another source of energy.
Emotionally: There are times when he may lose his cool and panic. If Scout is overwhelmed, up against stacked odd perhaps, his thoughts cloud over which causes poorly made

While they didn’t kick him out, they tried to convince him that maybe he was confused and when he wouldn’t concede to that, they basically refused to be seen with him in public or give him money for things he needed to adjust and take on a life in the male role.
