Location: CH3 floor 4 room 17
House/Roommates: Just his kitten Cecilia.
Neighbors: Joshua Bright in room 16 Erza Scarlet in room 19(?). He knows Joshua from their world and has yet to meet Erza.
Notable Habits: He cooks himself, mostly keeps to himself. He does have a tendency to keep an eye out on Joshua and sometimes almost gets overprotective to the point of being somewhat stalkerish. His kitten may get out every now and then, though he usually will find her pretty quick if she does.
School: N
Other Groups: N
Hangouts: Battle dome and generally around Luceti when not at home.
Other: If people watch very carefully sometimes, it might be noted that he almost seems to be able to be in two places at once (which he can be, so don't be surprised to see him in the kitchen and hear sounds in the apartment or something). Otherwise, he mostly keeps to himself and just tries to be stealthy in keeping an eye out on Joshua.

House/Roommates: frost_jewel who is a friend from his world.
Neighbors: Karai, Pommy, Jack Horner and Saber. He only knows Jack and Karai.
Notable Habits: Keeps to himself mostly. Often cooks too much for him and Mia so he's likely to often offer extras to people.
School: N
Other Groups: N
Hangouts: Pretty much anywhere that isn't a private residence. Piers can't stand being in one spot and can teleport so he'll easily be out at the ocean or mountains. Only place he won't go is inside someone's house/apartment without invitation and the tunnels.
Oh, and he also keeps the two northern New Feather Watch stations stocked and clean.
Other: He definitely would have offered extra food to neighbors so if you want to say your character has met him, that's fine, just let me know!

UNRELATED QUESTION, but is Piers' teleportation related to the Teleport Lapis or is it something else he picked up in Luceti or something? Just curious. :)

House/Roommates: none, currently residing in Room 6 on the second floor of CH2...
Neighbors: ...which puts him down the hall from Yeager, Van Grants, and Ange Ushiromiya, none of whom he's met.
Notable Habits: In recent weeks due to my fail post-draft trauma he's vascilated between cooping himself up in his apartment and not going "home" at all. He'd probably be known as That Weird Jumpy Guy With The Zipper.
School: N
Other Groups: none yet, will toss him at the science group eventuially
Hangouts: The Bridge By The Clinic and quite possibly the farmlands. Also every sort of meandering aroudn skittishly.
Other: I was actually JUST about to post with him seeking out roommates since he's so very not used to living like a civilized human being and is actually in need of some supervision. I'll tack on a link to that here when I post it! HERE! If anyone's interested we can maybe plan here and then thread or...I'm doing all this in entirely the wrong order, aren't I?

Location: CH7, room 15
House/Roommates: None at this time.
Neighbors: Friends with Roji and Livio/Razlo. Drops by room 22 on the fifth floor pretty frequently.
Notable Habits: Ginia's pretty quiet (...hah) in her apartment so any loud noises usually means something is going down. Otherwise she keeps things tidy and clean, especially in the kitchen. Expect lots of tea and sweets in the cabinets, has a tendency to stress bake so leftovers will be given to friends first, then neighbors.
School: Will be attending open classes for world sharing and magic.
Other Groups: Works at Seventh Heaven as a waitress, performs or works as a bartender some nights at Cloud Nine, recently began helping out at the Welcome Center, trains with a few people. Basically has no life.
Hangouts: Aside from the places mentioned above, she can usually be found around the Battledome or just around the village.
Other: Nothing I can think of at this moment ( ... )

Neighbors: Marshall D. Teach (Blackbeard), and Irvine Kinneas live on the same floor.
Notable Habits: Not much? Jay actually tries to keep his address a secret, so he doesn't let people see him in the building much, if at all.

Hangouts: You might find him at the Battle Dome a lot.
Other: Jay's never spoken with his neighbors.

House/Roommates: C5, Rm 5 (No roommates)
Neighbors: Ling Yao and Cloche Leythal Pastalia. He hasn't met them.
Notable Habits: Saleh doesn't spend much time at home. He's typically out in the forest.

Hangouts: He might go to Seventh Heaven occasionally, or be meditating in the plaza.
Other: Not really.
