It's a shared sentiment by others, I'm sure. Not knowing their objective leaves many scenarios to the imagination.

While your readiness to take charge is appreciated, it's not something that can be properly accommodated in our current setting; whether by randomness or design, Luceti draws in many leaders who have tried to be effective in the past. This has led to instances of most of the village deciding to do their own thing when dangerous situations arise.

My understanding is that you weren't aware that there were others working on the situation. It's something we're trying to rectify without letting on too much to the Malnosso.

Both the Blue Rogues and Brave Vesperia have a few who can offer reconnaissance. There are others yet who are unaffiliated, or perhaps are unwilling to follow others who hail from other worlds.

Are we certain that this extended New Feather cycle has ended? If it has not, there is always the possibility that whatever has breached the barrier could disguise themselves as New Feathers in an attempt to gain our trust.

We aren't certain, no. But the wave of New Feathers has certainly died down from what it was two or three weeks ago.

Considering all of the residents here are supplied with a journal by the Malnosso, perhaps we should use that as one of the safeguards against the intruders. We don't know much about the outside world, but it's unlikely they would have journals that the Malnosso are tracking.

Then perhaps it would be wise to ask any suspected New Feather to display their journal before telling them anything about Luceti or the Malnosso, both for the sake of the Malnosso and ourselves.
