So these experiments appear to happen more-or-less once a month? Do I have that right?

What about the individual kidnappings I've been hearing about? Has there been any discernible pattern to them?

Thank you, by the way, for sharing this information. It's cleared up a lot of the questions I still had.

Correct, experiments happen approximately once a month. The average length of an experiment has been a seven days, though there have been cases of experiments lasting over two weeks. Experiments have recently tapered off and become more ambiguous; it's debatable whether or not what happened last month can be considered a Malnosso experiment. October saw us celebrating a "vacation" with John in a spontaneously-created amusement park, which apparently angered the other scientists.

Most individual kidnappings don't appear to have noticeable patterns. It's especially difficult to learn about them since many abducted don't remember what happens to them.

It's best to have this information communicated fairly often. New Feathers such as yourself tend to be left in the dark and repeat the same questions to our sources when they contact us, and that's a waste of everyone's time.

Explaining everything to new feathers each cycle must slow the information-gathering process down considerably.

That's why the guide and Welcome Center were created -- to explain Luceti to New Feathers quickly. We've only recently been able to "declassify" some of the information here, so it should be mentioned in the guide once Professor Sage can update it.

Understood.

Have radio frequencies in and out of Luceti been tested?

Radio frequencies? I presume you mean something that can be used for communication. Another resident, Kurtis, showed interest in working on a distress signal, but gathering the components for anything sophisticated enough to produce a signal is difficult here.

Yes. I am in the process of making a foxhole radio to test for any existing frequencies.

Where is this Kurtis? Can I speak with him?

You can contact him over the journals; he also resides in the village. He is a scientist who appears to be a green bird.

All I'm really interested in is returning home, but isn't this all too uncertain to draw many conclusions?

I'm afraid you returning to your world is one such thing that no one here can control.

That's already obvious by the fact anyone is here. But it doesn't mean there's no way.

That is what the Organization has publicly been seeking to do for the last 16 years.

1036 times?

Who provided that figure, out of curiosity?

ANI provided that number, as well as their current public objective.

That's an awful lot of mind-changing.

...thanks, Albert.
