I'm helping Leon, the guy who made the teleporter to the hot springs, make a new one to the ocean. It'll probably lead to the fort. That should uh, help anyone who ends up on the wrong side of the mountains.

I was sporadically assisting Ted with the forest stations, though I have no time to take over his supervisory role. I'll continue lending a hand when I'm available, though.

As for finding New Feathers at the beach, and beyond, I like this fort idea. I can transport newcomers to town via magic, but it would still be helpful to at least have something out there. Any others who can use magic in such a way, or have other means to help, would also be welcome to coordinate with the Welcome Center.

Correct, we do not have specifics about what happened after we left. The drafted residents certainly were not able to stop the General and his elite guard. It is something to ask Sir Catherine about.

My apologies. I thought that would be the natural assumption. [Oh, he's pretty used to Buffy by now. It's a comfortable rapport.]

The ocean's appearance seems to coincide with draftees' return from the underwater facility -- unless there are reports I am not aware of that mention the ocean appearing beforehand. We do not know what exactly transpired, though.
