There's a clear lack of worthwhile hallucinogens here. Or narcotics, for that matter.

Sometimes they slip medicine into the shops, but rarely. Or at the clinic, where there are mostly herbs gathered for sleeping aids, but that's honestly as far as it goes.

Not that you especially need hallucinogens with some of these experiments.
