[Locked Transmission to Residents]

Residents paying attention to their journals are already aware of the upcoming draft situation. Our battlefield is an stretch of farmland that provides food for many who are protected or employed by the Malnosso Organization, ourselves included.
Draftees are approximately 85, including noncombatants. We will have three main objectives--defending the noncombatants; protecting the facilities, crops, and livestock; and eliminating the Third Party occupying the area.
We will hold a meeting in the barracks today at two in the afternoon. There will be several strategists handling planning, and you will meet them personally at the meeting. I have worked with many of you, but know your strengths and weaknesses, because your role will be based on what information you supply us. You will only cause detriment to yourself and those around you by exaggerating your skills, especially with the new threat the Shifters present.
You may ask your questions over this communication, prior to the meeting, or afterward. We will answer questions to the best of our ability.
